My complaint:
Toys were not disturbed to registered families that applied and needed help.the volunteers were rude and nasty to families
and gave toys for people that
applied and waited to people who just came in unregistered and no information that requested and was required as per email upon sign up
Suggested solution:
a lot of families are going to go without toys for their children due to this ,my children didn\'t get the xmas toys just stuff thrown in a bag.It brings shame to your whole organization
