My complaint:
On the 11th of OCT in Monday, in the afternoon, me and my wife went to a restaurant called Riviera by Elio. The chef was responsible to give us a table. We have told him that we want a table with a shade, which he suggested also. Then it was totally opposite. Then I have asked him another table which was vacant, he saidthis one for four people after 5 minutes, he split the table into 2 and gave them to another customers. I have asked him again in a professional way that why he did that because we have requested it first. He said rudely and in a loud voiceLet me do my business and I’ll give you whatever I want. Leave I told him if it was racism with ignoring us. He repliedYes! And leave we have left the place and the chef refused to give us his name.
Suggested solution:
All I want is that the chef should call me and apologize for his act and being rude. I have documented everything about what happened and it was really embarrassing for the customers and the staff.
