My complaint:
I having an issue with cashing out some winnings. I signed up with a group on Facebook, Cash Pot. I have played a few times adding money and also some free play. Last night 3/19/2024, I added money to the game to play and won $250. The group refuses to cash me out, they removed the funds from my game and left me $40 to play stating that I have never cashed out before so I can only get $30. This is a scam at best! Can you help in this matter? I need my redemption or info of the person or group behind Cash Pot because I will be seeking legal assistance. I’m not taking this laying down. I have photos showing our entire interaction up until this incident as evidence of what I sm saying. Please respond and provide any info to assist with this problem.
