My complaint:
Several times now I have made the bonus promo purchases and not received the bonuses that went with them also there have been winnings that we’re not granted that we’re not paid all in total of 326 just in the matter of two and a half months the photo that I am including is of the last promo that I bought and did not receive any of the bonuses
Suggested solution:
I feel that I am entitled to the winnings and the money that I have bought entries with and never received those entries or was not paid for bonuses I feel that I should be granted at least half of the amount that I know for a fact I have been cheated because I don't have proof of all of it so I feel that I should be granted at least half of that and I feel that it should be placed in my winnings not to my entries
