My complaint:
I won a 250 dollar spin and then a 75 dollar bonus game after adding 18 to my account. I then repurchased 50 dollar worth of entries 7-10 times within a 30 minutes window and got down to around 200 dollars then closed the app to get food, and 5 minutes later reopened the app and all of the entries and winnings on my account were all gone. Everything. However the Christmas event progress and the cards that I got from spinning so much with those winnings were still there proving that the spins took place and were valid with the system, just my money was taken.
Suggested solution:
I would like the full amount that was taken from me, and a full play history log of my account to prove the validity of my claim. I have searched everywhere for a way to pull up personal play history data and have found nothing so assumed that the only way to get it is through this method. I just want what is rightfully mine
