My complaint:
$1,200 jackpot, went to cash out was told that I could only Cash out 400 because I was VIP and that the rest would be absorbed by the system or platform if you will. Then as I played further my total winning balance would disappear little by little as if it were being filtered off I have this on video.
Suggested solution:
I want my money.
