My complaint:
So I have been playing on bitbetwin for a while now it’s an online casino and they took 7000 dollars from me that I won on ocean monsters bit bet win told me that it was river-sweeps that deemed it invalid with no explanation as to why or what was done wrong or what error it was they just took my money and made me a new account . I want to k ow if it was Bitbetwin’s call or riversweeps because I can still win on the game so it wasn’t a error they just don’t want to pay me
Suggested solution:
Give me my money back or at least half or just tell me what was the error or mistake that made my winnings invalid I need a better explanation then the one they gave me
