My complaint:

I was playing river sweeps and hit the grand jackpot which was a pretty nice winnings a few time they let me do a redemption of $300 but after the first redemption they told me I had to make a deposit in order to redeem any more so I had sent $100 and on the last time they said the same thing so I made a another deposit for $150 and then messaged river sweeps asking for a redeem and they said ok several hours went by and my redeem never came through so I messaged them they told me they were working on it so I patiently waited and some more time went by then out of no where before they redeemed me they blocked me on messenger. After getting blocked I immediately tried logging in on my riversweeps account which they had deleted. Luckily I have pictures of when I won and how much I have pictures of what I had when I asked for the redeem and pictures of all the messages between them and I

Suggested solution:

They should resolve it by giving me what I won fair and square or trying to make a deal with me
