My complaint:
I cashed out $500 winnings on 24 October 2023 I only received 467.Received the cash out ticket from riversweeps.com so I got an email with all the details at 10:58 PM I’ll be enough at 11:54 PM I got another cash out for $68 I did not initiate that cash out I didn’t even know it was there until I went looking for the other one as proof that they shorted me and then found out that it was much worse than that it was more to the tune of $781.
Suggested solution:
I asked them to just pay me what was stolen from me they never responded. stonewalled me completely very disappointing very very disappointed I’ll be happy when they pay me what they owe me.
