Riversweeps complaint: River sweeps agent I did not provide service after paying $20

My complaint:

To play. Game not loaded agent responded said the minimum was $20 to play. I know this is not true since my wife and others have played this game with this little less ten dollars. I reluctantly sent another $10 making it 20 to play then I was told that all the $20 slots were taken and it now I would have to send another $20 to play the $40 slot none of this made any sense as I had never been asked about slots and how much each of them were it was total bs. l attach a picture of a diagram he sent me about loading my game then I said refund my money and he said that he could not do that end of story.

Suggested solution:

A simple refund of my $20 would have been sufficient. The agent kept saying $10 slots were taken and now I would have to do 20 so I started off at $10 I sent 10 more to make it 20 then he wanted me to send another 20 for the $40 slots. None of this that I just spoke is even familiar to me.
