My complaint:
Purchased $ 338.00 $240.00 and $500.00. Worth of credits. Account history shows purchases but no credits were actually placed into my account to play. I would like a full refund of credit to my account or personal account reimbursed. Not right to get screwed over just because your conducting buisness online. Reached out to provider of services and they stated credit was applied and or should be seen and ready within an hour or so yet I’m still waiting. Please help.
