My complaint:
I tried to cash out on cash app in the amount of $500 and they were at their limits and could send any money out. So they opted to do an ACH transfer to my bank account and the deposit was returned because they did not put my name of the deposit. When I contacted Riversweeps about this, they are refusing to answer my messages, provide me with contact information of someone I can talk too, and are flat out ignoring me. I have all of my messages and pictures they sent to me of the deposit.
Suggested solution:
Payout the money that is owed to me.
