My complaint:
I won a hundred dollars with payback Vault and wanted to cash out and they said the system was rebooting the they only wanted to pay me 65 and leave the rest in the game I said no then they asked for a tip and I was dumb enough to say they could have 5 bucks then they said it’ll be just a moment but I waited for an hour then they something about a panel being down to give them 20 minutes and I waited 30 minutes a message them they said to give them another 20 minutes then another hour later they siad their panel was back up so i asked to cash out again and they siad Thier system denied it but they had already said it was accepted any way I was very polite and understanding though the whole time and I got blocked and not cashed out…I’m not wrong for wanting winnings to top it off it was my last 20 dollars that i had to my name …
Suggested solution:
When I get cashed out I'll be happy I need the money to get to work
