My complaint:
i and been working my way to collect the luck of the irish coins i was all most 11 coins when i was cashing out with my admin and they had an issue with my cash out wasn’t redeemable because it wasnt all in the winners bank they said they couldn’t cash me but they end up closing the account out and making a whole new account losing all the progress i had done and the money i spent to collect to get the coins they said they cant do anything about it i was 11 out of 50 coins
Suggested solution:
compensation with my money back there is only 2 weeks left and i cant collest all 50 in 2 weeks now
