My complaint:
I won a 854.00 jackpot at approximately 12:21 am AZ time I’ve been going back and forth for now over 6 hours to cash out 500.00 which is the maximum at one time I’ve requested as instructed done my part and they keep saying to wait please be patient but I don’t make them wait for the 2 years worth of money I’ve sent them to play
Suggested solution:
I expect my 500.00 in my acct within 2 hours I've waited over 6 hours already going back and forth with them I won the jackpot fair and square
