My complaint:
On 1 29 2022 I won a 90000 Jackpot I wanted to know how to cash out in my cash app so I went into my messenger and went back and forth about how to do this since I am new at this online casino business by the time I went back into my account 72000 credits disappeared and all I was left with was 6657 I freaked out I went back onto messenger and explained that I won a 90000 jackpot and even took screenshots they said they didn’t know anything about it the next rep I talked to said it shows I played the 72000 credits I said impossible I’ve been chatting on messenger for over an hour trying to figure out how to cash out never really understood still how to cash out
Suggested solution:
Give me back my 72000. Credits I won fair and square
