Riversweeps complaint: I got three red 7 in a role then another

My complaint:

I spin an got 4 red 7 three were in a roll an then another came with one symbol between it then it freeze up on me an did not grant me my winning it blinked off come back on and was not on the 7 anymore it was on something different it’s changed on me that is something like a scam
