My complaint:

I had almost 400 in winnings when I asked the person I send and receive my money from. I’ve never had an issue before but this last time it took me several days to get any activity. When I did the 350 I requested was removed from my account but have yet to see any of it. I first requested the redemption on May 4th, noticed the money missing from my account on May 8th and it is now May 10th. I have reached out to them several times and still no response. What do I do?
