My complaint:
I won and requested 150. At first they said it will take 24-48 to process my payment ok then I won a jackpot on riversweeps for 566.00 now at first they said max redeem was 500 ok but when I requested it they said no only 250 and only on monday,Wednesday and Friday so I requested 250 now due to how they pay and being that I still never got any payments. Still I ended up playing the rest back.
I’m really disappointed in how they did me and how they have treated me as a customer. They don’t reply back to my messages and I feel they should not be representing riversweeps, I’ve been playing riversweeps for years with other companies and never had any problems till now

I want my winnings and I wanna play but not with them anymore
