My complaint:
Well they had employed while working scammed them for 17 000 dollars,now they are trying to recoup the money by changing the payout process, knocking you offline while in the process of winning a big payout,or when you are getting free spins ,they will knock you offline, when your able to reconnect everything is gone,they blame it on the internet service, also you will hit a payoff then hit the spin button again, then your winnings disappear, you tell them and they try to disclaim your complaint with some technical talk,its pretty obvious when everyone is talking about not winning anything at all ni matter what the screen his on, I accidentally heard a phone call to the software developer and heard the owner telling him to make adjustments so they could get some money back because of the employee theft,but told them to not make it to obvious, went to cash out a win of 200 they said the machine malfunctioned, Really now I am pissed,they are ripping everyone off,got to stop before someone gets hurt
Suggested solution:
Pay out what they cheated me of,close them down for unethical business behavior, the owner is always throwing a fit when someone is winning, they are allowing drugs to be sold and purchased in the parking lot, having sex offenders in the parking lot that are looking in the window of the women's and young girls dance and work out class adjacent next door,the owner has complained to no prevail,
