My complaint:
For the last 13 months my young daughter who has been attacked by another student in her school.. on Friday January 10, 2020. My young daughter with Down syndrome came home bleeding and with wounds (picture will be uploaded). Since December 2018 there have been multiple incidents of injuries and I only have proof of 9 of those incidents ( copies will be uploaded).. I don’t know how many additional incidents have happened and not reported… I only have proof of the 9 that were recorded.. I have also filed a police report . My daughter has been in tears day and night and has not been able to return to school since the threat has not been removed at this time.. she has Down syndrome trimeazone 21 and cannot talk for her self and she is deeply saddened and upset and crying day and night and loos of sleep and loss of appetite.. please help my daughter with this she is helpless in this situation….
Suggested solution:
I would like an investigation of this facility and business conduct because not only do I have a concern for my daughter but I have a feeling there may be other cases that where this aggressive student may have violated other students as well.. I am worried about the safety procedures at this facility may are lacking.. if my daughter has been assaulted 9 times in one year, how many other students has had there civil rights violated.
