My complaint:

Dear sir or madam, I would like to make a complaint to you about our whole holiday, we flew from Bristol on the 11th of feb,we printed off everything on computer and then we found out an hour before we were due to fl that we had to pay a further £140 there and then if we wanted our holiday to go ahead, also the plane was filthy I have photos to back this up,the staff were rude and they were discussing there personal life and everyone could hear,the hotel looked nothing like the broucher and the hotel was awfull and dirty,contact me asap before I go to …..don’t get done get dom …..regards mrs unsworth
