My complaint:
Camera is unsafe to use will put you and yiur fancies belongings at risk. The custimer support team can not fix your issues. . Also customer support manager Zachary from the Arizona office apparently is rude and unprofessional. He will waste your time then laugh and huff cause he had to do his job.after he keeps you on the phone silent after being on the phone with rimg for over 4 hours total for long periods of time this company is a absolute joke do not use ring for your security cameras.. the devices are unsecured can be hacked from the factory they are not end to end encrypted and if you do end to end encrypt you loose all the rings. Functions on there app you would want to have like motion s and people s and others . The camera can be hacked onto very easy the ring employees will llie to you and tell you that it’s secure everything is fine. After my house getts broke into and car also and the camera not even show someone there at that time. Cause it was encrypted due to there cloud where your videos go not being secure. So I enrolled in the end 2 end encryption. Worst company ever. Shame on them they tatke advantage of there customers and offers something they are not selling. I highly recommend not to use ring. You will be at risk and highly dissapointed
