My complaint:
I booked for me and my friend for the ELF bottomless brunch event for the 5th December for us to arrive and there was no entertainment so festive music nothing that was advertised, for me to ask the bar staff when the entertainment wold start
the bar team didn’t even know where was a elf event on which we booked for?!
me and my friend are so disappointment as we was expecting such a lovely festive afternoon with revolution to be let down so much!
we are really no happy with the service as this was such a big event advertised for us to receive nothing!
Suggested solution:
I would like to be reimbursed for the event as we didn't receive what we had booked
