My complaint:
I contacted revell due to missing decals a month ago asking them to help as I didnt want to start spending my money on a project I would not be able to complete. They said they would send me them free of charge and there was no issue so I started with the model. 2 weeks I still had not recieved them so I contacted revell again and said if there were issues I didnt want to continue to spend money on a model if I couldnt complete it. Again revell assured me there was no issues and that the delays in delivery were due to the pandemic. Today I contacted them due to not being able to continue or having the room to start another project and they told me there post had been returned and I am still waiting. It has now been a month and I would not had spent my money and time on a model I would be stuck on especially in this moment in time whilst I’m off work

By giving realistic information about how they can help instead of miss leading customers and replace the missing part
