My complaint:
I have tried to make contact by phone, leaving voicemails and by email but received no response. I then raised a formal complaint which was acknowledged 2 weeks ago, but nothing else. I just keep getting threatening letters about a bill that I have paid. I have my own business in financial services and we are not supposed to be late payers. This whole thing is making me really distressed as no matter how hard I try, I’m unable to get to speak to anyone
