My complaint:
I spend a great deal of money per month on Reeds Stronger Ginger beer, and I have noticed a large drop in quality over the past year. Batches that taste purely of pineapple, batches that have no taste of ginger, and batches that even taste soapy.
Suggested solution:
Check your quality control and possibly offer coupons to those making complaints?
