My complaint:
Reservation was made at Hopper app booking Online payment successful. Arrived to Redondo Beach Inn Motel 1912 w Redondo Beach Blvd Gardena CA, 90248.
Manager Denied our Night Stay on January 3, 2023 check out January 4th, 2023. We met the check-in requirement which we had a Driver License Hard Copy in Person with same name for the Payment issued on a debit Card under the main person for the payment and hard copy Driver License I.D.
Now 2nd Person which is a Guest had proof of Identity of a copy of her ID thru Doctors Copy of most recent Visit of her Preagnancy and a hard Copy Government Issued with Name as the Doctor Copy, plus a photo Copy on Paper. Also back and Front picture of her United States I.D.
Suggested solution:
I wish for a Refund when app says non refundable take Shan V to Court and complaint for discrimination.
