My complaint:
I returned a dvd that I rented after one night rental. I received an email from Redbox that the dvd was returned. A few weeks later I received an email from Redbox for a $34.42 charge to my debit card. I called Redbox and asked to speak to a supervisor. The Redbox customer service representative gave me a difficult time and was not helpful. A very bad thing to charge customers when they have returned the dvd.
Suggested solution:
I want a refund to my debit card as soon as possible. I also want them to train their customer service representatives better. I will take my business elsewhere. It is not acceptable to charge customers when they have returned the dvds ly.
