My complaint:
Their is red mold and black mold on ceiling and curtains and theirs a leaking roof which has almost all the rooms closed…they charged me 800 for the month then kept asking for more money when my boyfriend went to jail they threw me out after a week because even tho it said two people they didn’t get my info on paper..so they threw me out at 7pm no where to go…the room was paid for and didn’t give me a refund I told them I paid the 800 out of my own pocket..they threatened to call the cops on me I had to leave my boyfriends stuff in the room..and I’m homeless at the moment…if I paid for the room regardless if he’s with me or not they made me leave I offered my ID they refused…even though the room was covered in mold which I bleached everything the carpets were soaked outside my door all the rooms surrounding my room had tarps down due to roof leaking..
Suggested solution:
Give me my money back...it's paid for
