My complaint:
Very little of the Ziggy’s Smoked Turkey or Regular turkey coming in . No Ziggy’s honey ham,black forest ham and old fashioned ham. I am told these products are discontinued, yet other stores are receiving these products. I feel very strongly that these products are not being ordered in an attempt to harm my business. I have faithfully used RCWC for 19 years for supply spending approximately 100,000.00 per year and it has never been this bad. I am told that I cannot special order meats but others can and are. I have talked to the manager but find he is not helpful, I suspect dishonesty and is rather hostile at times when approached. The assistant manager is extremely dishonest and actually tells me lies to avert answering honestly. Other employees tell me she lies about just about everything.
Suggested solution:
If they ordered the product it will come in. Other RCWCs are not experiencing these issues. Only Nelson.
