My complaint:
I consider myself a very loyal customer of your product I purchase RC cola on a weekly basis and minimum of 12 bottles 2 liters a week if not more. Unfortunately this week has been a disappointment because every single bottle that I have purchased all taste nothing like the original RC cola that I have been purchasing for years it has a weird cherry raspberry and even an unknown flavor that I’ve never tasted before in it and it’s not good at all it’s very off-putting and distasteful I am very disappointed in this product I don’t understand exactly what happened or what the situation is that causes but I thought you should know that something happened that if it continues it’s going to cause me to do my business elsewhere because I had to discard the remaining bottles I had purchased so not only am I out of my favorite drink but money as well and I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with this whole situation if there’s something that I am unaware of as to yells changing the ingredients or flavor and yells RC cola please let me know because as far as I was concerned RC cola has always tasted the same unless it says so on the labeling and the labeling says nothing of the sort it just says RC cola so I’m unsure of what the deal is and what happened if you could please give me an explanation as to what may have occurred and why I am now out money and out of my favorite drink please explain what happened I really enjoy y’all’s product on normal basis when it tastes like it should but if y’all have changed it up to where this is the new taste of your product then I am going to have to take my business elsewhere and I really don’t want to do that but I have a feeling I will have no other choice because I just can’t handle the taste of this new flavor if that’s what you want to call it I apologize my bluntness and for not trying to be as nice as possible when it comes to this I just don’t know how else to say that it sucks LOL and I’m very disappointed and I don’t know what to do I don’t know if there’s anything y’all can do for me if there is or if this is the way y’all are now making it please let me know so I don’t waste my money or my time purchasing RC cola in the future which is a shame because I really do love those product I’ve been buying it for years I chose it over Dr pepper and Pepsi any day of the week but right now it would be my very last choice if any at all I prefer to drink water honestly LOL if you can please contact me back or email me back to let me know what the deal is and what the situation is at JB 2277 JB@gmail.com or 405-303-8686 I would greatly appreciate a response to this seeing as I just bought 12 bottles and now I’m going to have to discard them because they just aren’t up to the standards that you usually have which is high I apologize for the complaining but I feel that you should know from a customer how I feel about what the situation is and would like an explanation of what happened exactly thank you

Reimbursement of. 12 bottles
2 liters bottles of RC cola that taste like anything but RC cola or maybe vouchers for replacement bottles of the 12 2liter bottles only if the bottles have the original flavor not this new flavor that I don't even know what to say for sure what it is exactly but if that's something that y'all have added two the ingredients to change it up to make it taste better it definitely failed as far as I'm concerned and I do not want replacement bottles of that only replacements of the original RC cola if not my money back would be greatly appreciated again I apologize for the complaint I hate to do this considering how much I respect and how highly I think of your product and enjoy it it's all we drink in my family household and this is just a very big disappointment and I hope we can come to some sort of understanding of that thank you for your understanding and I hope we can come to some sort of understanding soon and I look forward to hearing back from you soon thank you so much for your understanding and listening to my complaint and value my opinion as I do yours I know you are a very busy person and your time is very valuable and that alone for you to take the time to listen and understand my complawint and take time to address it means a lot thank you
