My complaint:
Hello – we are loyal RC drinkers. For the past year there have been multiple issues with RC quality. 45% of the time, the 12 packs we have purchased have issue with tasting off and loss of carbonation. We have bought from several locations including Jewel, Mariano’s, Butera, and Target. No matter where we purchase, they seem to have the same issues. This results in a lot of wasted cans. This has been going on for quite awhile, we have tried being patient, purchasing at other locations and how we store them. All comes back to the same quality issues. I would like to understand what has changed in your product and moving forward how do we get back to the same delicious RC quality we have enjoyed for years prior to recently.
Suggested solution:
We are losing faith in RC brand and since we have bought many cases resulting in the same issue, a refund and or coupon is in order. I would also like some one to let me know what may have changed in the product.
