Rallys complaint: Waited too long

My complaint:

Pull up at drive thru and asked two men if they were open. Yes. Pulled up to place order. Told price $8.48. Went to window. Sat there 8 minutes until man opened window and said $8.48. Gave him card he swiped and returned card. No receipt. Waited 4 more minutes and same man said can you pull over to the side and we will get to you as soon as possible. I said 12 minutes. He looked confused. He once again said can you pull over to the side and I interrupted him by saying 12 minutes I’ve been sitting here. He wasn’t sure what to do so I said give me a refund. Now he was really confused. A woman came up was at cash register for a minute or two and said you got a credit back on your card. I said do I get a receipt for the purchase or credit? She said receipt was not working. I said if you had an issue you should have said something instead of me waiting this long and then telling to pull over to the side and wait even longer. No way to run a business. I will be leaving feedback on yelp and dozens of other sites about my experience. Good-bye

Suggested solution:

Train their employees better and have someone contact me as to what they would like to do. I wasted over 15 minutes and was no closer to getting food than when I pulled up to window
