My complaint:
Went to order ice cream cones for my grandchildren and after waiting for over 16 minutes a very rude woman w with a bandaid hanging off her arm right started that she had not systems the ice cream machine( mind you she knew my order as I had placed it 10 minutes before and let me know it would be another 5 to 15 minutes. My grandchildren were hot and wanted their ice cream and I was completely aggravated by this point so I drove away. We did some shopping and came back and was heated by the same woman( bandaid still hanging) and she said she s was mad I drove off and REFUSED to serve me! That’s not all! I was so appalled I called the corporate office and they did apologized profusely and said they would send me a coupon for 5 $ as well as some for 2 free sandwiches. I was pleased with this as I didn’t expect all this. Well guess what?!? Yep, got nothing. And he repeated my email perfectly so I know he knew how to get them to me. Really upset! And even though I didn’t mention it to corporate but that woman had a half empty 2 litter half empty of coca cola in the drive there window.
Suggested solution:
I would like what was offered at a minimum. That's all they can even do. I have never been treated with so much disregard and rudeness from a company.
