My complaint:
I was in the drive through around 12:30 AM. There were 3 cars in line ahead of me and none behind me. When I finally got to the place to order, I was told they were all backed up and advised me to park in the lot and he would let me know when I could get back in line. I parked in the lot for a few minutes and saw another car arrive at the drive through and I could hear him place his order. I got really mad when I saw that and I drove away and went to McDonald’s across the street. I don’t appreciate being treated like that.
Suggested solution:
I don't how they could resolve such an absurdity as having a customer get out of the drive-through line and park in the lot and take other customers ahead of them. I just wanted you to be aware of the way customers are treated at this restaurant.
