My complaint:
For the last 2 days, I was told that canes was closing at 7 pm due to the hurricane we just had in Louisiana, so I entered the store at 550 pm and was told I can’t eat inside after the guy that works for canes directing traffic outside said they lobby was open.
Suggested solution:
Their manager apparently isn't communcating with their employees, I don't blame all the teenagers they hire, but management.
