My complaint:
I was using the restroom and had been trying to use the last stall but the toilet was clogged n I tried flushing it when I realized it was going to overflow, which it did. I got my things n went into the next stall n conducted my business. As I was stepping out buttoning my jeans I reached up to fix my hair I got close to the mirror n inspected my face I touched my forehead n then proceeded to take my two braids out of my hair so I could redo them properly. In that instance the Q.T security guard burst thru the women’s restroom door n at the top of his voice he demanded I leave in that moment. Literally scared me so bad I was shocked I just stood there unable to speak n in the back of my mind I realized this Man was in the restroom screaming at me to leave n I regained my voice n I said why are u in here!? I was about to wash my hands n leave ! Why are u yelling at me like that n he got infuriated that I did not immediately grab my things n run apparently n he proceeded to verbally abuse me with the worst the English language had to offer. HE said quote BITCH IF U DONT GET UR F STUFF RIGHT NOW IM GOING TO FTHROW U AND UR SHIT OUT ON THE STREET MYSELF. I CAN DO WHATEVER I WANT U STUPID FBITCH F CUNT GET OUT OF MY STORE RIGHT FNOW I SAID I wanted to tell someone the toilet is clogged n if I took a long time I don’t think I did what the heck is ur problem ..as I was putting my things away into my bag he said WHAT THE F IS TAKING SO LONG HURRY THE F UP N I TURNED AROUND N YELLED BACK AT HIM TO WAIT CANT HE SEE THAT IM DOING EXACTLY THAT. IM NOT GOING TO JUMP ON COMMAND IM GOING N HE PROCEEDED TO GET EVEN MORE IRATE N BERATED ME WITH CURSING N THREATS N WOULD NOT LEAVE ME ALONE. I FELT IN FEAR FOR MY SAFETY AS HE GOT IN MY PERSONAL SPACE AND HE FOLLOWED ME OUTSIDE. HE THEN JUMPED THE FENCE OF THE OUTER PERIMITER N BEGAN TO THREATEN EVERYONE I WAS WITH AS EVERYONE WAS TRYING TO UNDERSTSND WHY THIS MAN WAS ATTACKING ME IN SUCH A VIOLENT M VULGAR MANNER. THIS CONTINUED AS HE PUSHED MY FREND WITH BOTH HANDS SAYING HE WAS GOING TO F US BOTH UP N WE NEED TO LEAVE HE WAS GOING TO CALL THE POLICE ON ME. N HE WAS THE AGRESSOR! COMPLETELY OUT OF LINE N UNPROFESSIONAL N ILLEGAL. I HAVE BAD PTSD FROM ABUSE THAT I ENDURED FROM MY CHILDHOOD N I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GO BACK FOR FEAR THAT I WILL BE ATTACKED N HUMILIATED IN SUCH A WAY AGAIN. I HAD DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG. I WAS SHAKING N CRYING N UNSBLE TO SLEEP THAT NIGHT OR SINCE. I KEEP SEEING HIS FACE N RENEMBERING THINKING HE WAS ACTUALLY GOING TO HIT ME. I AM PRESSING CHARGES
Suggested solution:
He needs to be removed from his position as I no longer feel safe entering that store. Nobody has the right to verbally abuse humiliate or make threats of physical violence on customers. the customer service agents did not stop him or say a word to protect me. They completely allowed this psycho path to discriminate against me for no other reason then becuz I was a woman in the restroom. I'm not certain if he racially attacked me bcuz of my ethnicity or bcuz of my gender but I'm willing to believe it was both.
