My complaint:
Called and asked to speak with the manager and got assistance from a co-worker that was very disrespectful very rude hung up in my face twice and also told me to call back the next morning I called back the next morning to not only speak to a different manager but I actually spoke to the same person that gave me the same attitude up and down like they did the night before this is really bothering me cuz Define that I did have in my account are for my health issue medication and the payment with unauthorised has not made by me it would like to supposed to be canceled or stock and a person that just was running his shift was completely disrespectful just complete shouldn’t be working for you guys at all not with customer service skills like that my name is Rodney and I would really appreciate it.
