My complaint:

Ordered a fancy hit fan and got a fan dated in the 1960s, nothing for what I paid £59.94 for. It could have been £15.99. Naturally I complaints and Nicole Scheneiderstarted to take a video, she know I could not do this and she would give me a full refund once she has a video of the product, which doesn’t work as promoted and never worked at all.

Nicole offered 50% refund. Is this a charity to take and never give back. I asked do every Chinese company request 50% and you keep their trash to throw away. I found the Chinese Embassy and mentioned this to Nicole. Nicole said via Quentera I will be refunded and by Nicole email I shall be refunded. I emailed how much, she said £29.97.

I felt insulted time after time, as if they are trying the create a heart attack… While as struggling for money and unemployed due to poor health.. They are earning interest on my money and I refuse to accept the scamming company…

Suggested solution:

Compensation, a full refund, a letter of apology and never sell to the British public pro.oting what they do not deliver. That is fraud, financial manipulation, corruption and mental abuse to those feeling cold in the winter times.

Close the company down, as the are not selling what they are promoting online...
