My complaint:

Bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler from them with a huge down payment. Signed the contract and 30 days later never got the registration or license plates. Called the Finance Manager and he said plates were on the way. A week later still no plates. Called him again and he said we owed $168 to get the plates. I went to my local MVD to clear it up and found out the registration and title and plates were never processed. The dealership had me call Title and processing and gave me the run around. The contract we signed shows we paid the fees of $55. They constantly lied and were rude. They would not return calls or messages until I threatened to file a complaint. I had to pay $25 for an extension of the paper plates until they get this cleared up and send me mine. I will not pay the $168 as this is an over site on their end. As of today they keep telling me it is getting taken care of which is 40 days later and I have asked for a ation proof that it is and they have not responded. GM needs to clean up that business with people who care about the customer, especially when you purchase from them. I want my plates and registration as stated on the signed contract or the contract is considered breached. They will pay my attorney fees.

Suggested solution:

Chew their asses. clean up that place with people who care about the customer. I want formal apology letters from all. I want what is on the contract and that are the plates and registration as signed for by both parties. Never ever want to do business with them again and I will make it known about their service.
