My complaint:
I was served by a so called manager at fratton train station in Portsmouth, this man made a coffee, and would not give me a cardboard sleeve to prevent my hands being burned. He made me wait for a minute or two, I missed my train as I could not believe the level of rudeness and service! I also was left with numb fingers from the heat. This is aweful for a supposedly friendly local cofffee shop.
Suggested solution:
For the manager to lose his position! He should not be in a position of power dealing with customers with this attitude. It’s a shame as the female staff he runs are absolutely lovely. He single handedly makes this cafe a bad place to come and enjoy a coffee
