My complaint:
Mrs. D. Lamarche doesn’t return my call or even pay my bills on time.
For the second time in a very short period, Bell canada called me this morning to request a payment or they would disconnect my phone as of April 20, 21: which happened because of Denise’s incompetence and her inability to pay bill’s on time.
Unfortunately i cannot pay them myself or even reach Denise to advise her, again, she hasn’t paid my phone bill in months. This is very frustrating and worrying for me.
I have requested to receive a monthly summary of my account, over 3 months ago and never received a call from her regarding this request.
Suggested solution:
Have someone, who can actually do their job, and pay my bills on time and return my calls when needed.
