My complaint:
I ordered flowers on 2/8 for delivery on 2/11. When the flowers did not arrive I checked the website which said they were delivered. After talking to several agents, who were very difficult to understand, I was told they would be delivered today. They did not show up. Now the foreign speaking agent and the Supervisor Fatima promises I will get them tomorrow. The Better Business Bureau should shut these people down

Deliver tomorrow and give me 50% discount
