My complaint:
Hello my name is Monisha Douglas and I been have a issue with getting my funds put back on my card since October 2019 I have filled out the forms from direct express also tried emailing them I also tried faxing them twice and there fax machine was off I faxed them from the TWC office also I paid for priority mailing to direct express to sign and still nothing I have been getting wrong info from the reps also I would call and the rep would answer the phone and put me back in que for about another hour I’m really needing help with this issue

By putting my funds back on my card
