My complaint:

Battery for my ebike went out, still under warranty, got ok from company to send it in. they told me in Aug. it would be two to three weeks. Each time I called I was given a different reason why it would be another three weeks. It has been four months. Now they won’t even answer my calls. I have called or written them seven times and got nowhere. Please Help

To get my replacement battery.
