My complaint:
We’ve had two Swiffer Sweeper Wet Mops, each one of them brokestopped working after approximately 6 uses.
We replaced the batteries, removed re-inserted the bottle, nothing!!
It’s not like we have kids throwing the mop around .
We will be replacing this mop with a different brand.
Suggested solution:
Send us a coupon for a replacement mop,
AND work the bugs out of the current model.
