My complaint:

Purchased Softsoap refill PS0013681 (on Label) It was purchased at a Giant Food in Ardmore PA. White Tea Berry This seems to be very diluted. It is not viscous and doesn’t produce suds or have the feel of the original product. I’m not sure my hands are washed after use. What happened? Has the formula been changed? No longer satisfied with the product.

Suggested solution:

I purchased two 50oz refll bottles. No ;lnger have the receipt. Send coupons to the value of my purchase to use on any PG soap products.
