My complaint:
The fairy non bio pods I have bought have a mechanism to close the packaging, that I cannot now get into. It is designed to prevent children getting into the packaging.It is not just children that need to be protected. My husband has Alzheimers. Unfortunately, I do not have a good grip, and am now unable to unlock the bag as the tab has an insufficient surface area to grip it.
Suggested solution:
Pass it to the design team. Research should have told them that this mechanism would not be suitable for a good percentage of the population who would want to use the product.
