Procter and Gamble complaint: Febreze air not spraying

My complaint:

I just bought two new Febreze Air downy scent and they don’t spray anymore, I’ve only used them twice and they are still full of product!!!

Suggested solution:

Tell me how to fix it or send me a refund!!!
